• • We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all tags still attached.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sqnceclothing@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Once you have received your RA number, securely package the item(s) along with a copy of the original invoice and the RA number.
  • Send the package to the adress

• Refund Terms:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
  • Please note that we do not refund shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
  • Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
